Live Inspection: Customers must check products in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.
Immediate Reporting: Any complaint regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported immediately to the delivery person or our support.
Final Sale: After the delivery person leaves, no complaints, returns, exchanges, or refund requests will be accepted.
Cancellation: Orders may be canceled only before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
